Hello. We recently purchased your 16 port 802.3af 10/100 unit (WS-POE-16-1U) with power supply from Amazon about 2-3 weeks ago. Last week, we plugged in the unit to use. We discovered that one of the ports, number 13, is sending out a lot of bad packets. The other 15 ports are working just fine with no issues. Is there a way that we can get a replacement unit? If so, what process do we need to do to get the replacement. Thanks.
