    We recently purchased the WS-POE-5.2v10.4w charger and we are not seeing any voltage, using a voltmeter, on the plug on the other end of the box. We connected a cat 6 plug we use for our Cisco POE IP Phones (unplugged it from a working phone), and plugged it into your box. No voltage on the other end.

    Hello-

    The passive 5v splitters are not designed to use with PoE Switches. You can use them with our 24 volt injectors:

    The other option is to exchange them for our active PoE splitters. See WT-AF-5v on this page:
