I recently purchased WS-POE-8-48v60w as well as
WS-POE-5v-10w Power extender. I had accidentally thought the splitter was rated at up to 48v but now realize it is only rated up to 30v. I was hoping to have a system like WS-POE-5v-4x with splitters rated up to 48v but did not need 4 total splitters. Is there any way I could send in the splitter I purchased for one rated up to 48v? Or return the products I purchased and instead get the WS-POE-5v-4x? Thank you

It’s better to swap out the power supplies. Call us and we can exchange for 24v.

EDIT- We now have 802.3af splitters for 5v and 12v non-PoE devices:

    12v – https://find-a-poe.com/product/WT-AF-12v-12w/

    5v – https://find-a-poe.com/product/WT-AF-5v-5w/
